Mr. Duarte, an Associate Attorney at Brown Gren Abraham & McCracken, earned his B.S.B.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Nebraska Omaha, before receiving his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2022. During law school, Mr. Duarte interned with the Pennington County State’s Attorney’s Office in Rapid City, South Dakota. There, he obtained significant experience in trial advocacy, legal research, and writing. Mr. Duarte has experience in private practice in the areas of criminal defense and administrative law.

Prior to joining Brown Gren Abraham & McCracken, Mr. Duarte practiced workers’ compensation defense litigation with a Denver-based firm. There, he gained valuable experience in legal research, writing, case management, and advocacy. Mr. Duarte applies his experience to his primary focus in workers’ compensation defense litigation.

Outside of the office, Mr. Duarte is a car guy who enjoys boxing, off-roading, art, hiking and being outdoors.
